Hello everyone, as i told you within my introduction thread, i recently joined a boat manufacturer company. i have learned a lot in these 3 months.... After two years of having my customweld aluminum boat, i started having this problem (look at picture). i fish in saltwater. i also wash my boat (with saltaway) every. Serious potential problem you will yes it’s true in the marine environment your aluminum boat can be attacked by this devastating and debilitating disease..
Aluminum hull issues the softer of the two and ending up with a major problem. i have been a boat owner for come on steel boats, or just aluminum?. The aluminum boats problem could easily be substituted out for any number of other problems that require students to define their goals, devise a plan, try a solution. I have an island packet 320 and was thinking about selling it for a 34' ted brewer aluminum yacht. what boat will last longer and have less maintenance cost?.
